For one-off jobs like a PC fix or a quick remote session, full payment is due before I start. Hourly work is settled at the end of the session, and longer engagements need a deposit first. Custom and dev projects are 50% to kick off and 50% on delivery. Payment runs through Stripe, and I will send a link when we are ready.

Mileage charged at $0.50/mile from Akron, OH for all on-site work.
